Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to arrange exchange of items if we have delivered incorrectly, they are defective or delivered damaged.
In the event you are unhappy with any product you have received and you wish to return or exchange them, please contact us by telephone on 020 7228 9907 or by email online@westminstermeat.com within 24 hrs of receiving your delivery. When sending your request by email, please include photographs of the product to allow us to quickly asses your complaint.
Due to the nature of the products being delivered, we trust you understand that all claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your delivery to be considered.
We cannot accept the return of fresh goods, any product that has had the manufacturer’s packaging/seal opened, or that has been removed from its original packaging.
Refunds
In the event an exchange is not suitable resolution for an incorrect delivery, defect, or damage, we are happy to arrange a full refund. Goods will need to be returned prior to the best before date or use by date. Returned goods must clearly show the order number. Refunds will then be processed after approval
