The suckling kid goat only feeds on breast milk. Due to its young age at slaughter (between 30 and 40 days), it does not eat grass, the meat is light coloured and similar to baby lamb, but slightly lighter in flavour.
Note this product is dispatched frozen, defrost before cooking. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
