Chicken inner fillets coated in breadcrumbs. Each goujon weighs approximately 50 grams and are loose packed in a 1kg bag.
For best results cook from frozen at 185oC for 15 to 18 minutes. These can also be deep fried.
Note this product is dispatched frozen, do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
