The USDA grades are a highly regarded as symbols of safe, high-quality grain fed American beef.
Beef is graded as either Prime, Choice or Select and is differentiated by the fat content “marbling” of the meat. With Prime the highest and Select the least.
Preferring to give you the best balance of quality and price, we offer you “USDA Choice beef”. Although not as high fat content as prime, this is high quality beef which is extremely tender, juicy, and flavourful.
